Lanie Belmont and Andrew Tantisunthorn of Yumtown Food Truck were outside of R5’s Punk Rock Flea Market this past Sunday, serving up some delicious taco varities. Pictured is the Moo Shu, which is a roasted mushroom, hoisin tofu with a red cabbage slaw taco, as well as the Edgar Allan Poe, a sweet potato and tempeh based taco with spinach leaves and a black bean sauce.
