Tapas Bravas, an Austin based, Spanish Tapas food truck. I ventued over to this food truck whilst on Rainey St. It was located in the backyard of a Rainey St ‘home,’ amongst a few other trucks. I chose Tapas Bravas because of how veggie friendly it was with nearly 3/4 of their menu being vegetarian. Pictured are flash fried brussel sprouts with sea salt and a garlic aioli. They were certainly tasty, although a bit pricey for the quantity (roughly $8 for the sprouts.) Would have liked to have seen a two for $10 deal, which would have been perfect considering I was still hungry after. But, they were tasty nonetheless.
