Tapas Bravas, an Austin based, Spanish Tapas food truck. I ventued over to this food truck whilst on Rainey St. It was located in the backyard of a Rainey St ‘home,’ amongst a few other trucks. I chose Tapas Bravas because of how veggie friendly it was with nearly 3/4 of their menu being vegetarian. Pictured are flash fried brussel sprouts with sea salt and a garlic aioli. They were certainly tasty, although a bit pricey for the quantity (roughly $8 for the sprouts.) Would have liked to have seen a two for $10 deal, which would have been perfect considering I was still hungry after. But, they were tasty nonetheless. Follow them on twitter here and check them out on your next trip to Austin.

House Of Card, a sustainable, pop-up mobile coffee house. Owner Georgia Hopkins was here all week during SXSW providing delicious coffee and lovely, fresh trimmed flowers, all the while promoting her super cute cardboard coffee shop. Good luck Georgia!
